At Korrect Technology, we offer transparent and fixed labor rates for all mail-in notebook and laptop repair services. Our clear pricing ensures you know exactly what you’ll pay before any repairs are done. We do not charge for approved warranty repairs.
 

How Our Pricing Works

For each individual repair performed, we charge a published labor rate based on the table below. If your laptop requires multiple repairs (e.g., replacing both the LCD and keyboard), the labor rates for each service will be added together. The cost of any necessary replacement parts is additional.
 

After diagnosing your device, we will send you a complete estimate, including labor and parts costs, via email. We provide multiple options for part replacement, including used, refurbished, or factory-direct parts, where available.
 

Free Diagnosis (Conditions Apply)

We perform a thorough diagnosis on all laptops to verify the issue and determine if a part replacement is necessary. Diagnosis is free if you proceed with the repair. However, if you choose not to repair after the diagnosis, there will be a $45.00 diagnosis fee. If we are unable to fix your laptop, this fee will be waived.

Manufacturer Warranty Repair $75 flat handling fee (Round-trip shipping at customer’s expense)

Keyboard Replacement $95.00 Per unit, plus parts

CD-ROM / DVD Drive Replacement $95.00 Per unit, plus parts

LCD Inverter Replacement $95.00 Per unit, plus parts

Hard Drive Replacement $50.00 Per unit, plus parts

Microsoft Windows OS Installation (with customer’s Restore CD) $75.00 Per unit, plus parts

Microsoft Windows OS Installation $75.00 Per unit, plus parts

CPU / Processor Replacement $95.00 Per unit, plus parts

Video Card Replacement (if applicable) $60.00 Per unit, plus parts
