1. Telecommunications Specialist

Experience with Analog Systems: Knowledge of Avaya systems and analog card consolidation.

Punch Down Expertise: Skilled in punch-down tools and cleanup, particularly with 110 blocks.

Cable Management: Proficiency in managing, organizing, and documenting backend cabling setups.

Testing and Troubleshooting: Ability to test and troubleshoot analog lines and identify issues during the optimization process.
2. Avaya Certified Technician

Avaya Certification: Specific training or certification in Avaya telecommunication systems, especially related to hardware maintenance and optimization.

System Configuration Knowledge: Familiarity with programming or configuring Avaya boards/cards.
3. Low-Voltage Technician

Wiring and Cabling Knowledge: Strong skills in managing and organizing low-voltage cabling systems, including analog systems.

Experience in Board Consolidation: Previous experience in optimizing or consolidating analog boards and cards.

Tools Expertise: Competency with tools like punch-down tools, line testers, and tone generators.
4. IT/Telecom Field Engineer

On-Site Implementation: Familiarity with providing on-site support for complex systems, adhering to corporate standards.

Documentation and Labeling: Skill in properly documenting port usage and cable routing for long-term system manageability.
5. Work Flexibility

Availability to work the specified schedule (Mon-Fri, 8-5) and accommodate after-hours requests.
